I have been a fellow member for 15 years. This bank and the client service has but crashed. There is no communication at all. Trying to get someone on the phone or to answer any questions is a nightmare. They never return your telephone calls. The vernon co-operative is not-existent, and then to bulldoze into Eastward Hartford is a major problem for me. It's time to find a new credit union. Oh and the ATM auto is always broken or down. It gave me a 10 dollar nib instead of a 100. Had to look on that isssue as well to exist resolved. At that place needs to be more than man interaction when dealing with individuals personal and professional livelyhoods.

She tells me I "bankrupt" the machine and that I will have to wait until tomorrow,(which would of been Friday) to become my coin back. Friday comes and nobody contacts me. Information technology'south an inconvenience because I have bills and stuff that needs to get paid, I don't put my money in a bank to play with it. Anyways fast forwarding to Monday with a full of about 9 calls to the East Hartford Branch and every single time I got put through to voicemail. I called again and spoke to the assistant upfront and told her that at this point I felt similar they were stealing because no one wanted to contact me or update me nearly the whereabouts of my money. All I wanted was to know what was going on. When truthfully nobody told me anything regarding my money, and that'due south why I'm upset. They told me it would be fixed "tomorrow" and "tomorrow" has turned into five days.
